Detailed plans, renderings, material selections, and outdoor living elements are finalized to ensure every detail aligns with your vision and budget before construction begins.
Construction
Structural Construction, Shell Formation, Finishes, & Outdoor Living Spaces
The pool's structural framework is created. Plumbing, electrical systems, and other infrastructure are placed before the pool shell is formed. Once the pool structure has cured, tile, coping, waterline finishes, and interior pool surfaces are installed. Surrounding features such as patios, pool houses, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and retaining walls are completed to create a cohesive outdoor living environment.
Preparation
Permitting, Engineering, Site Preparation, & Excavation
Construction documents are prepared and submitted for any required permits and approvals. The pool shape and accompanying outdoor living structures are carefully laid out on the site. Excavation equipment removes soil to create the foundation for the new pool and outdoor living space.
Completion
Equipment Startup, Landscaping, Site Cleanup, & Final Walkthrough

Pool equipment and water features are installed and tested. The pool is filled and balanced to ensure optimal performance. A thorough cleanup of the job site is completed and landscaping and outdoor lighting is installed. A final walkthrough is conducted to review pool operation and project details. Any final adjustments are made, ensuring the finished pool and outdoor space is ready for years of enjoyment.
