Vision Casting & Pricing
Projects begin with a design team meeting including the architect, interior designer, builder, and client. Discussion centers around vision, building requirements, budget, and client needs. Pricing is evaluated multiple times and opportunities for cost savings are reviewed. A site visit with the architect and excavator ensures the design vision can be carried out on the property.

Project Kick-Off
This phase marks the transition from planning into active construction. We stake the home to ensure the exact placement on the property. Elevations and grading are reviewed to confirm proper drainage, foundation height, and how the home will sit naturally on the lot. With these details verified, excavation begins as crews prepare the site for the foundation.

Permitting & Selections
Once design plans are set and purchased, all necessary permits are obtained. We work in accordance with any unique regulations and zoning requirements that may be present. During this time, clients make a variety of design selections with the help of their design team that will shape distinctive look and feel of their home.

Execution & Wrap-Up
Construction is carefully managed from start to finish with exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and high-end craftsmanship. As the project nears completion, a final punch-list walkthrough addresses any remaining details to meet the client’s expectations and complete satisfaction. Lastly, a comprehensive cleaning ensures home is delivered spotless and move-in ready.
